GENERAL INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

Where is The Warehouse Project Manchester?
Depot Mayfield, Manchester.
Address: 11 Baring St, Manchester M1 2PY

Is there an age restriction at WHP?
Yes all events are 18+.

All customers must be over the age of 18yrs old and will need to show valid ID upon entry and also at the bars. WHP operates a Challenge 25 policy and refusal system. If you look under the age of 25 then the bar staff will ask you to prove that you are over 18yrs old.

What if I need medical assistance when I am at WHP?
If you require medical assistance we have a full medical team & dedicated welfare area accessed via the smoking area outside of the main Depot room, which can be located on the left hand side of Depot as you are walking in from Concourse. Our experienced team are always on-hand to assist with any enquiry, no matter how small.

Members from the welfare team will also be available on patrol around the venue to offer welfare assistance as and where needed. Please always feel free to speak to them if you have any queries.

Ahead of each event, we wish to remind all customers that your safety is our priority. Our first aiders are on hand throughout the venue. If you feel unwell, or notice a friend feeling unwell, please seek out a member of staff immediately.

Please help us to look after you by taking regular breaks and drinking water - this is free and readily available throughout the site. If someone around you seems fatigued or confused, find them somewhere safe to sit and seek onsite medical personnel.

What is the dress code at WHP?
The dress code is casual but not scruffy. Please note, no football shirts or gymwear is accepted.

Can I keep my water bottle top when in the venue?
WHP does not sell bottles of water as we are a plastic free event, the merch stand sells water pouches.
WHP sells cans of water, lager and cider. These are opened before going over the bar. There are two reasons for this. An unopened drinks vessel is heavy and can travel far if thrown and do damage if it hits someone. Also an unopened vessel if stood on will roll and can lead to injury.

Is there free drinking water at the venue?
Yes - there are multiple free drinking water points available at stations situated at all the main bars.
Please ask a member of our team if you need help finding one and they will be happy to assist. You can also get free cups from behind the bars if you need one.

Is there anywhere to charge my mobile phone?
There is a mobile phone charging facility available from the merchandise stall.

Will there be food at the venue?
Yes there is a food stall located in the smoking area.
