Ahead of each event we wish to remind all customers that your safety is our priority.
We have first aiders on hand throughout the venue. If you feel unwell, or notice a friend feeling unwell, please seek out a member of staff immediately.
Please take regular breaks and drinking water – this is free and readily available throughout the site. If someone around you seems fatigued or confused, find them somewhere safe to sit and seek onsite medical personnel.
The Warehouse Project is proud to continue our partnership with one of the UK’s most important welfare teams, W.E.L.Safe.
W.E.L.Safe provide confidential, non judgemental and trained advice on alcohol, drugs, mental health and sexual health. They are at all WHP events and support anyone who needs a safe space to talk or recuperate in private, away from the full event.
The WHP Welfare team is located in the smoking area (next to Depot toilets) & will also be situated in each room, wearing blue hi-vis vests and are there to help.
We do not condone the use of illegal substances.
On-site drug testing has shown the purity & content of drugs to vary considerably.
Take regular breaks from dancing, chill out, cool down & head to our free drinking water points located at the bars.
If you feel unwell or you see someone who might be unwell please call a member of staff immediately – bar staff, security staff, medical staff are all here to help.
Yes – there are multiple free drinking water points available at stations situated at all the main bars.
Please ask a member of our team if you need help finding one and they will be happy to assist. You can also get free cups from behind the bars if you need one.
If you require medical assistance we have a full medical team & dedicated welfare area accessed via the smoking area outside of the main Depot room, which can be located on the left hand side of Depot as you are walking in from Concourse. Our experienced team are always on-hand to assist with any enquiry, no matter how small.
Members from the welfare team will also be available on patrol around the venue to offer welfare assistance as and where needed. Please always feel free to speak to them if you have any queries.
