No, once you leave the venue you will not be allowed back in.
For most shows, the General Admission entrance on Temperance Street, just off Fairfield Street.
The entrances for VIP tickets, access customers and guests will be confirmed closer to the season’s opening.
The Warehouse Project only sell tickets with the below ticketing partners:

Tickets are not released until the week of the show, this is to avoid people downloading them and scamming people.
If someone tries to sell you a ticket and offers to send you a PDF or QR code way in advance of the show, it’s not a legitimate ticket and you will not be able to enter the venue.
We do not recommend buying tickets from any third party websites as there’s a chance they are scammers selling you a fake ticket and as it’s out of our control, we can’t do anything to help.
There’s no way to check this prior to the event so we advise not risking it at all.

Yes, head to our neighbours at Freight Island.
Anyone attending WHP this season are eligible for a 20% discount on food & drink at Freight Island; located next door to The Warehouse Project and part of the Depot Mayfield complex.
Simply show your WHP ticket at the bar or kitchen when ordering food and drink. Offer valid across the weekend of the WHP event you’re attending (Friday-Sunday).
Yes there is a food stall located in the smoking area and up on the rooftop until 11pm.
There is a mobile phone charging facility available from the merchandise stall.
Yes – there are multiple free drinking water points available at stations situated at all the main bars.
Please ask a member of our team if you need help finding one and they will be happy to assist. You can also get free cups from behind the bars if you need one.
WHP does not sell bottles of water as we are a plastic free event, the merch stand sells water pouches.
WHP sells cans of water, lager and cider. These are opened before going over the bar. There are two reasons for this. An unopened drinks vessel is heavy and can travel far if thrown and do damage if it hits someone. Also an unopened vessel if stood on will roll and can lead to injury.
Please note large bags will not be permitted into the venue, bags over A4 sized piece of paper will be refused entry. We have lockers available to buy in advance to store coats and bags smaller than an A4 piece of paper. Please avoid bringing bags where possible to speed up entry.
With our brand new digital lockers, you can reserve your locker in advance, ahead of your event at The Warehouse Project.
Once you arrive at WHP your reserved locker will be there waiting for you. No queues, no keys! You can return to your locker as many times as you like.
Please dress weather appropriate. The dress code is casual but not scruffy. Please note, no football shirts.
For our more intimate Concourse Only shows, we will be providing stickers to be placed over camera lenses.
We know WHP can be a BIG experience and we don’t feel it’s always our place to try and enforce a strict no-phones policy. However, we feel that club culture is best enjoyed in the moment with your friends, and your phone in your pocket.

Yes all events are 18+ unless advertised at point of sale as other.
All customers must be over the age of 18yrs old and will need to show valid ID upon entry and also at the bars. WHP operates a Challenge 25 policy and refusal system. If you look under the age of 25 then the bar staff will ask you to prove that you are over 18yrs old.
If you require medical assistance we have a full medical team & dedicated welfare area accessed via the smoking area outside of the main Depot room, which can be located on the left hand side of Depot as you are walking in from Concourse. Our experienced team are always on-hand to assist with any enquiry, no matter how small.
Members from the welfare team will also be available on patrol around the venue to offer welfare assistance as and where needed. Please always feel free to speak to them if you have any queries.
Ahead of each event, we wish to remind all customers that your safety is our priority. Our first aiders are on hand throughout the venue. If you feel unwell, or notice a friend feeling unwell, please seek out a member of staff immediately.
Please help us to look after you by taking regular breaks and drinking water – this is free and readily available throughout the site. If someone around you seems fatigued or confused, find them somewhere safe to sit and seek onsite medical personnel.
